At JL Talent Solutions, expertise and innovation define our approach to HR and Recruitment. I am Justin Landry, the founder and CEO, dedicated to transforming the recruitment landscape. Originally from Connecticut, I embarked on my career in web design after studying at the Arts Institute of Boston, where I held positions such as Website Designer and Technical Director.
My journey took a pivotal turn when I moved to Canada and Japan, ultimately leading me to Human Resources in 2018. I began my career at a garage-based staffing agency startup, rapidly advancing to the role of Director of Recruitment, where I refined my skills and developed a sophisticated recruitment approach.
To further enhance my expertise, I earned a Resources certificate from Cornell University, solidifying my commitment to a consultative and holistic HR practice. foundation inspired the creation of JL Talent Solutions, where I implement innovative strategies that integrate traditional wisdom with modern methodologies.
